Here are some easy ways to burn fat and cut calories in 60 seconds or less:

Mix a juice spritzer

Walk while you talk

Study the wrapper

Sip green tea before a walk

Pack a lunch

Sprinkle flax on cereal

Schedule a blood test

Supersize your H2O

Eat a chunky salad

Log your food

Buy small pre-portioned foods

Break into a jog

Drop and do 10 (crunches, jacks, pushups-whatever!)

Blot the fat and grease off your food

Order fish (not fried though!)
