More Easy "Recipes"

I'm sure you can't even call these "recipes", more of "ideas".

This is one of my favorite low cal treats!

Take a chocolate graham cracker and split it into two squares, add a dollop of light cool whip between the crackers, freeze and for about 80 calories you get a yummy low cal ice cream sandwich. Compare that to Nestle's ice cream sandwich for 240 calories.

I kind of love frozen cool whip. It's great on fiber one 90 calorie brownies, strawberries or just a little scoop by itself is always good :)

I also like to take an apple, core and slice, microwave it in a covered bowl with a little water for 3-4 minutes, drain water, top with cinnamon (no sugar!),  let cool for a couple minutes and add a scoop of frozen cool whip. Reminds me of a guilt free bowl of warm apple pie and ice cream.

  1. Will definitely try the apple one. As for the other, there's no way I could only have one so best to stay away :-)

  2. I'm definitely going to try the apple idea. I don't know why I've never thought of it before
