Soda was one of the first things I decided to change about my diet. It took some time and it was difficult for me at first, but I'm so happy I cut those out.

ReplyDeleteAnd then diet soda, even without it's empty calories, has a whole list of other reasons to be afraid. It still calls to me occasionally but for the most part I've been able to cut it out.
ReplyDeleteUsed to be addicted to the stuff but gave it up years ago and never looked back. I don't really miss it, but once in a while if I am craving the fizz, I'll add some fruit juice to Perrier - it's a nice substitute without all the bad stuff.
