How Soda Effects Our Bodies


I found this article on Prevention and just had to share...yes we all know soda is evil- but here are some detailed reasons why:

Asthma
Heart disease
Kidney issues
Reproductive problems
Dissolves tooth enamel
Obesity
Increased risk of diabetes
Osteoporosis 
And more!



Bottom Line: Simply, don't drink soda because it's bad!

  1. Soda was one of the first things I decided to change about my diet. It took some time and it was difficult for me at first, but I'm so happy I cut those out.

  3. And then diet soda, even without it's empty calories, has a whole list of other reasons to be afraid. It still calls to me occasionally but for the most part I've been able to cut it out.

  4. Used to be addicted to the stuff but gave it up years ago and never looked back. I don't really miss it, but once in a while if I am craving the fizz, I'll add some fruit juice to Perrier - it's a nice substitute without all the bad stuff.
