This awesome dessert is always a big deal in my house. It's healthy and fast. It is hard to find something for dessert I can give the kids and feel good about as well as eat myself with zero guilt.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of sugar-free, low fat, vanilla yogurt
16 oz of frozen berries of your choice (I use blueberries and strawberries)
Place ingredients in blender on puree setting. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately in a chilled bowl or cup.
How easy was that!!?? Painless, little mess, little calories!! And the kids will think you are a hero. Let them help as a fun family activity. You can get a variety of berries and let them make up their own flavors. What an easy way to get your kids to eat healthy. Make sure to sneak a little for yourself!
