Great article, I will remember to keep hydrated, although in San Diego we are still in the 70's so heat has not happened YET, we will get some though come August, Sept and October!

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! Up here in Alaska people forget to hydrate. It's actually worse in the winter because they figure it's cold and dark.
