5 Foods to Boost That Weight Loss!

I was recently reading an article about several different foods that help you lose weight, so I thought I would share a few with you....
1- Iced Coffee
Coffee reduces your appetite, increases your metabolism, and gives you a shot of antioxidants.
2- Apple
Penn State researchers discovered that people who ate a large apple 15 minutes before lunch took in 187 fewer calories during lunch than those who didn’t snack beforehand.
3- Eggs
Dieters who consume their biggest dose of daily protein at breakfast feel full longer than those who eat more of the nutrient at lunch or dinner.
4- Beans
People who consumed beans were 23 percent less likely to have large waists than those who said they never ate them
5- Pork Chops
Purdue researchers found that a 6-ounce serving daily helped people preserve their muscle while losing weight.

  2. I WISH! I regularly do 3, sometimes 4 of these things. Everything but the pork chops! And yah, I'm FAT. And I don't mean P-H-A-T neither. :(
